| Yeah, I got caught up in the whole Isabel thing. I was checking out the Weather Channel as often as I could and when I couldn't, I was on their website and wunderground.com. Stumbled upon this picture in about 4 different places today alone. I decided I should probably hang on to it. After all, I'm the only one that can read these as of yet. As for website work today, I made a couple changes to the script that lists blog entries. There were only some simple formatting changes. I've also been working on the Drumline's honest-to-God Calendar. I've got a ways to go on that just yet. Cubs won and lost today... it's not too often that you get to do that! Of course, Houston won... again. I think the Cardinals are "unintentionally" throwing their games against the Astros just so the Cubs can't gain ground on them. I wouldn't put it past those bastards. And how are the ASTROS the team going to the postseason from the NL Central? They have an "okay" bullpen... THAT'S IT! Everything else about them is average. The Cubs have great starting pitching, good defense and an okay offense. Flip a coin on how they're pen will do... Cardinals have a great offense and a great defense. Their pitching couldn't find Texas if they started in Dallas. Oh well. The Giants are going back to the World Series. The damn Yankees probably are, too. The Braves should make it, but will manage not to. If they do, they'll figure out how to lose, I'm sure. Go Cards and Cubs! (boy, does that look weird) |
