| Today marks 6 years since the start of my relationship with my wife. For the few that don't know, it goes back to our freshman year of high school together. Ironically enough, we probably had less money to spend on each other this year than we ever have before. With my new job at Ingram, that ought to change relatively quickly. I find myself really uncertain about this new job. I don't know if I'm going to like it (or the drive to-and-from for the next 6 weeks until we move to West Des Moines). I'm not much of a phone fan, which is about 60% of the work in this new job. Duh -- what the hell was I thinking? However, I do find it interesting to talk to folks. Also, it's nice to have more than my boss to talk to at work. I imagine I'll feel a lot better about switching come my first paycheck. Feel free to actually comment on something on here; let me know that it works. By the way, this is my first weekend blog entry since November 8. |
